조성오교수님께서 2002년 중국 면양에서 열린 3rd International Symposium on Pulsed Power and Plasma Applications에서 “Award for the Outstanding Young Researcher”상을 수상하였다. 교수님은 이 학회에서 “Surface Modification of Several Polymers by Low-Wnergy Electron Beam Irradiation”이라는 논문을 발표하였다.
